NetWise SmartSpot

The goal of the project was to update the app to comply with the Material design guidelines, improve the experience overall, allowing for future app growth.
Given this was a niche app with a small user base, I've created the assumptions based on interviews with PDMs and Developers as well from the research of our and competing apps.
I have simplified the interface by using progressive disclosure. This included removing clutter like unnecessary maps and hotspot lists. Users can now quickly refine and filter hotspots by category.
The ideas were initially experimented with as Axure prototypes. They were designed using Sketch and improved continually through feedback and testing.
