I've led distributed teams across two locations with mixed seniority and parallel workstreams. I define standards, create clarity, and build the frameworks that let teams work without constant escalation. At Catena Media I introduced Figma, rebuilt the handover process, and developed a mobile-first, locale-optimised design system that became the foundation for 10+ websites across multiple markets. Teams ran on quarterly plans, bi-weekly critiques, and lead-owned execution. Decisions were made traceable through centralised documentation. Products consistently showed 4+ minute session times and strong returning user rates. Delivery speed and cross-functional communication improved across the board.

I work with founders, product teams, and contractors who need a senior design partner. Someone who can frame the problem, shape the scope, and drive execution without needing to be managed.

Recent work includes a mobile-first redesign for an engineering-led SaaS platform, full product and design system work for a B2B startup from zero to MVP, and ongoing UX work across web products for a repeat contractor partner.
